Good.
Staff!
Patience.
Everything.
The nurse listened and maintained eye contact throughout. She answered any questions I had and I felt could trust her. I did feel rather exposed when examined even though my back was to the window and the blinds were partially tilted.
The care I received from St Lukes crisis team was excellent, they were very kind and caring, they informed me of everything that was happening and everything that was going to happen they could not have given myself or my wife more care, we really appreciated all that they done for us.
My dad has been very impressed with the care that he is being given by St Lukes. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the speed in which help is offered is second to none.
Dad would like to offer special thanks to 'Adrian' his befriender who takes dad out for little trips.
My dad thinks that he is getting the best possible care from everyone at St. Lukes.
If anyone want's to complain you would be better not to knock on this door again. Perfection. God bless you all.
Attention to detail excellent, nothing too much trouble. All staff have fantastic rapport with patients and each other.
