Very informative, kept in the picture all of the time.
Very approachable at all time magnificient care of patients feelings and needs. Excellent care and attention at all times.

The care when it arrived was truly excellent, I cannot think of any way it could be improved. It would have been useful if it could have started a little earlier though as right at the beginning we were a little lost, help was said to be forthcoming, but it took a little while to arrive
