I thought care was excellent, staff from St Lukes were first class, very thorough explained everything as to what was happening. Nothing was any trouble- very helpful and very polite and professional.

I am recovery very strong support from various people.
Can't think of any improvements at present- since disability is only 9 weeks old!

The nurse that came to see me was very caring and supportive. Sorted out my medication to control my pain on the same day, where' as I had been trying for a few days at my surgery. Also on hand when I have needed to contact him.

We could not fault the care the doctors and staff gave to my son in his last hours, also looking after myself and the family. We could not thank them enough for all they did as he passed away peacefully and with dignity.

Had compassion and very caring, was very easy to talk too. Very helpful with sorting out medication and how and what time to take it at.

The staff are outstanding in every way.
Inc. care, concern, attention to detail and most of all- giving of themselves in kindness.
I can't think of any improvements, they have already been attended to.

Amazing service from Julia Pugh invoking help from crisis team.
Hospital bed arrived in 3 hours!
Really helpful allowing my mum to stay at home throughout (her dearest wish).
Crisis team also amazing- called out every 3 hours in the night- and Jen and Nicholas setting things up at home. Thanks so much.
