I feel that we needed more support put in at the end due to not having any. I feel my mum was over looked on how poorly she actually was it wasn't until 3 days before a complete different distinct nurse came into our home and said that we needed a Marie Cane sit, if we didn't have 2 sits from them we wouldn't have known what to do there support was amazing.

It feels very individual with plenty of time given to discuss things. Staff wonderful can't think of any improvements needed!

A home from home and fabulous nurses and doctors. Also reception staff and volunteers so friendly and helpful.
