More cover for people at home over Christmas period and planning for future eg time when a commode might be required.
Do not talk to patient about negative things without checking if they wanted a spouse/family member present.
Ongoing bereavement support is exceptional.

I have found that all the staff I have come in contact with so far are so easy to talk to. I radiates from them that they all want to do the best they can. Have had a few jobs done already.

The social worker we saw and are still seeing has been very supportive and informative and caring and understanding.

The carers I saw were very concerned about in well being where some other people are quite happy that if I don't complain, I am OK.

My daughter has only been here for 3-4 days so far but she has been very well cared for.
Particularly good has been the relaxed atmosphere and the care and kindness shown to myself and the family when I have stayed overnight.
Can't readily think of any improvement.

The care has been very personal. Every decision has been taken with consideration having listened to me at length.
