Debbie was thoughtful and caring, she answered all questions to her in a very positive manner, she made a few recommendations in medication and the script was waiting for us to collect in 2 hours, all a referral was made to the OT dpt and Elaine from the team came to us the next day with the requested items. What more can we say, superb and wonderful service with a smile.

Nurses and hospice staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I felt at ease and my treatment was explained to me. The clinical rooms are smart and fit for use. I can think of no suggestions for improvement.

Everything has been excellent-staff are polite, professional and friendly (and volunteers). Food is good.
