I like the attention to detail. I think bed time should be improved because even though we are lying here we still get tired.

Fully supported from the time we arrived to the time we left, kept fully informed of pain relief changes and assured that when we went home, that there was support on the end of a phone.

Review of St. Lukes Brooklands - Community Team written by a family member

You were there for mum on clearbrook ward, Claire was amazing making sure mum could get home to pass over, when we got home your crisis nurses helped settle mum in with me. They were great support at a different time. The palliative team Sue visited and supported at home with mum passed over on Friday 4 days after getting back to her home. We can't thank you enough and we have donated as much as possible to charity shop.

Availability and prompt response. Competence. Kindness. Nothing that I was aware of needs to be improved. Just make sure you let people know you let people know you are there.

Everything. All staff kind, considerate and understanding of not only my husbands needs, but also of mine. Thank you for taking control and organising and explaining everything so clearly. It was a huge relief to know that we were in such safe hands.
