I hated the idea of my husband going to St Luke's met after a few days. I totally changed my mind. I cannot fault ]the care and attention he received and I was consulted at every decision made. The passed away with great dignity and care.

Really good care. If there is one comment I would make, I find that having a call bell, I have found I tend not to use the bell unless I really, really have to.
So at times I have gone to find staff, didn't even realise I could ask for things from catering for example.

Andrea listened careful to all we had to say. She walked me through the house to check on areas which could cause problems.She did not not push me in any way to the other listen to her advice and then make decisions.
