I have to admit I was annoyed at first, as when my mother was diagnosed with cancer back in February we were told then that she would be impressed to St. Lukes was { } nothing even op to a consultant said she would make it a priority. I had a phone call to say we had a visit to discuss her { } on. The Monday un{ } this never took place as she died that weekend. My ex sister in law told me I needed the crisis team at immediately { } bad St. Lukes { } for less than 24 hours.

Suggested improvements
I{ } I should have had more support sooner, as I had no { } what to do, and food I was let down. On the other hand, when the crisis team arrived they were brilliant but I than had to late everything on board in a matter of hours. It was a good job I had family around me who could got the crisis pack of meds etc that was needed. I { } feel I should have had this in place longer that I did which was only appro 8 hours.
