I hesitated to complete this form as the whole package of care and the individuals was a perfect solution to a desperate situation. Not only did your exemplary help keep my wife out of hospital in her final illness but it made her as comfortable as possible. Nothing was overlooked and your response at all times was as quick as possible. Lovely people. I can't think of any obvious need for improvement.
