Share review of St. Lukes Hospice
The support provided by St Lukes has been exceptional throughout, every time my wife or I spoke to someone they provided answers and where they said they would do something they delivered very quickly.
The only issue I struggled with was that to a certain point all contact had been through my wife, when it came to the point that I felt I had to contact the Organisation (because my wife was so ill) I looked at the front page and - it did not seem intuitive as to which section I needed to contact. This may have been due to the fact that I am a muppet or may be just because I was overwhelmed that my wife's condition had deteriorated so much and so quickly. Once I had made the initial contact everything was absolutely back on track (as per original statement)
