The nurses were excellent. Very supportive, kind and caring. We were treated with respect and kindness at a difficult time. All were very professional. However, we were not aware until the day the care transferred to nurse plus, that there would be a change. We did find the process quite confusing with different people calling and so many telephone numbers to acknowledge.
