You looked after my mother in her final days and showed nothing but care, compassion and time for her, me and my father. From the care provided at home by the community team in our early contact, mum was treated particularly well even stopping to sing happy birthday and blow out candles on her cake with us. This was one of the last smiles she had and a memory we will treasure so thank you so much.
