We were extremely happy to have received care for out father from the crisis team: Kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable, concerned for our welfare. Also appreciate how well the team communicates with the district nurse and other services to ensure our needs were met. It would be an advantage to explain more clearly how the crisis team can be activated, we did not know that we could use this service and actually got to crisis point before it was offered to us.
