- Excellent staff and care, made us feel welcome and at ease in very difficult circumstances. - Dad is loving the care and banter he receives everyone has a great sense of humour which is appreciated. - It night be easier to take multiple contact no's for family in even of emergency. - We were not advised of a fall in the night until long after we'd arrived, better notification would help.
