I can honestly say that there wasn't anything anyone could have improved on they were all fantastic! The St Luke's staff took the stress off us and a family and my nan was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Even when she passed we were told about services you offered families who have had a loss! All I can say is thank you so much! Please give a special thank you to Sam and Amy.
