Unfortunately with great sadness I lost my husband due to covid. Andy was very supportive he also helped my child to get help from another service he deserves more than that.

When we arrived from entering everyone spoke to me and informed us of where she was going spoke to mum. Very attentive. Dr. informed to spoke to all of us. That some back ground on what has been happening.

I felt very comfortable and at ease. Feedback on consecutive sessions showed I had been listened too. Importantly felt a relationship build to the point where when to deliver deeper was appropriate regarding feelings. Empathetic a fantastic support to assist me to continue to care.
