Excellent care and support from blessing.
Responsive and caring service from district nurses, however is a strain calling it in as and when needed.
Suggested improvements
Not sure if it belongs to CNT but hard to coordinate and understand initially how services district nurses and St. JH work together.

Staff treat patients with respect and humour they are patient and accomodating.
Suggested improvements
Someone to answer phones on weekends as takes hours to answer or get through. Have doctor available on a weekend even one doctor and more consistency with nurses and patients more in depth handover could be improved.
