Care in St. Joseph's is fabulous staff are kind, caring, helpful and friendly. Dad has been treated like a king and made very comfortable.

Has been visited by palliative care nurses at home and they are good.
Has not been satisfied with nurses who have changed her dressings (unsuve if they are from St. JH).
Suggested improvements
The dressing changes. As that has caused an infection. Which is likely to be a cause of her being as in patient.

Always had prompt attention.
Always considerate of patients needs kind, friendly staff. Nurse Jo is still supporting deceased patients family needs.

One night emergency number was not answered so daughter had to call. 111
