Staff are always kind and caring and helpful.
We are very happy with the care our dad is getting from all staff.
Staff and care was extremely caring.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble. You are treated with respect.
My concerns were looked after. I was minded in best possible way. All my needs were catered for in every way. Lovely staff, who catered to your needs without moaning.
Everyone is v caring and attentive, I like the unhurried pace. Food is mostly good though some of the vegetarian options are a bit weird! (And surprisingly not many vegetables). I have only just discovered the bigger gardens round the back so it would have been nice to have had a guided wall on arrival. They are lovely! Just a bit bored at the weekend but that's mainly because I didn't have any visitors (though had several in week) but that's not to do with my care.
I really do enjoy all the therapies I receive from the therapy exam, from acupuncture to massage and Reiki aromatherapy etc all are provided by fully qualified volunteers and therapists.
It all could be improved by having much more volunteers and funding, the therapies I receive help me cope with stresses caused by my illness, many of the therapies I receive help me relax and are enjoyable, and lift my spirits that relieve my symptoms.
It was very good with bowen techniques.
I really enjoyed my new treatment, I just wish I could have a bit more time.
No improvement necessary. Totally satisfactory.
