I enjoyed it and it made my legs feel better (massage by physiotherapist). I would like to have it more often.

It is an excellent class, helps with balance and gentle exercise helps with recovery. (I had a full shoulder a replacement 8 months ago). I am recovering with help from these classes. It is also very relaxing.

Funnie is very knowledgeable and skillful. Also very gentle, kind and understanding. I always feel much better and more relaxed afterwards.
