Everything was brilliant from start to finish. The staff really cared. Nothing was too much trouble. I was really apprehensive about coming but was put at ease very quickly. It is also a great comfort to know that you are there in the future if needed. Nothing needs to be improved, you are all the best and I thank you so much for it.

In spite of an almost complete breakdown in care at another NHS institution (not St Jo's_ St Jo's was able to retrieve my law situation. I would go so far as saved my life. Unfailing love and care and humor gave me has renewed drive to fight back.

I feel that someone is listening to my problem. I have been in terrible pain for so long and the hospitals and doctors have not got to the bottom of why. Your doctors seem to want to resolve it.

So far I am finding it all very relaxing. particularly pleased to have long discussions about pain and how to manage it lovely. Spacious room. Food is fine - nice manageable portions. Only negative is not always sure how to book/arrange activities other than physios.
