Quite honestly the staff at St Joe's are the difference between surviving the reality surrounding mum's slow death and not - they are a lifeline at this time. Thank you.

The staff are very kind and caring. Food could be improved as I need it purified and strained. It is being purified but not strained and I am having trouble swallowing it as bits get stuck in my throat.

The st Joseph's team responded to my concerns and agreed to visit me promptly and investigate both physical and other problems. After an examination more effective pain relief was recommended. The role of St Joseph's was fully explained by Marie who attended me.

I can't think of anything that could be improved about! The nurses were always willing to explain everything to me that I didn't understand! Sorry for the bad writing but I have arthritis so it is difficult! The nurses were so kind and caring and I had every trust in them also the doctors. I have been extremely happy here! And so well cared for.

St. Joseph's has been a lifesaver to me over the last couple of years, and I couldn't fault the staff and amenities.
I just hope that the funding remains bountiful.
