The initial visit was extremely helpful. Mum was given advice and understood what she is going through, the support from the community nurse and the translation service was welcoming.

Everyone is so caring and attentive, both day and night staff. If it wasn't for the care I would not be in the good position I'm in. St Joseph's is an amazing place.

Only initial visit so difficult to judge service yet. First call with Barry Morgan positive but I then had to follow up a number of times before this visit took place. We very grateful to have involvement and feel anxious to get support as diagnosis and illness has been incredibly quick and devastating.
