I believe that acupuncture is helping me tremendously with my pain management. Simon and his team are meeting with my requirements and explaining thoroughly of what they are doing to pinpoint the triggered area for my pains.

Having once been a sports gym worker, I may have entered the situation with a certain arrogance.
The professionalism, care, friendliness and super knowledge of their task was put to me to rights.
Every member of the physio/OT staff has done their best to make my treatment as pain free and beneficial as could be.
Furthermore their knowledge passed over I'm sure will enable me that bit of independence we all strive for. I can only say thank you for all you have done.

The volunteer was very professional. She greeted us warmly and was gentle towards my sister. I could see the change in my sister, she was no longer restless. We were so happy to know that my sister was cared for by such caring volunteer.
