Our visitor ( Victoria) was very friendly patient and compassionate.
Mum is hard of hearing and she gave mum space to explain herself and communicate.
Mum is now a fan!

The staff are friendly and helpful knowing what I know about hospitals it is hard to fault the care.
I have witnessed extraordinary patience and understanding.
I am unable to find fault.

All staff are respectful, kind and caring and can't do enough to support the patient and also their family. This makes a stressful and difficult time a little easier to manage.
