I find the staff very caring and I feel they cannot do enough for me, they are always smiling and asking me if I am Ok and is there anything that need, nothing is too much trouble for them, and I feel I could ask for anything.
Really enjoy the exercises. Sincerely recommend the service to friends. May you continue your good work.
-I don't feel that I know how it could be made better.
-I feel that I have total trust in the people that are working with me and this helps me to feel more confident.
-It would be easier to fill out the form if there were words referring to 2,3 and 4 of questions 3 to 8.
-Having a conversation with a scribe from them has helped me to complete this form in more detail.
Occupational therapy/ rehab assistant/physiotherapy. All great.
What I was pleased about that I was helped with my mum's medication, helped with someone to come and talk to mum which gave me time to myself also knowing if something is wrong I can just pick up the phone and ask for help.
Explanations were clear and concise, and empathy was shown. A really nice person, full of understanding.
My husband had a leg and foot massage by a lovely South African gentleman. They had a lovely chat about my husband's feet and legs had not felt so good in a long time. My husband had hardly and feeling in his feet because of chemo. Sadly my husband passed away 2 days later. The gentleman made a big difference and I can't thank him enough.
