Everybody that I have met has been kind, caring and compassionate. There is such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere which immediately puts you at ease. At the same time a high level of professionalism. It is a shame that there is a time restriction for an individuals stay here, but your standards of care show how it should be administered. You lead a fine example.

I like the way that I was greeted at the front desk and that my nurse came to meet me to take me to the office. He went through my form thoroughly and dealt with each one methodically. In my massage session I felt very relaxed and also came out feeling much better than when I arrived.

The counselor listened very well to me speaking. She used the correct questions. She was not judgmental, didn't say anything bad about what I spoke about.
She gave me a to do list to come away with to help me action.
