Caring, friendly staff. Comfort. Restaurant open at the weekend would be good to see family and friends. It is a great resource. Shower in bathroom is hopeless! Floods out into room - water cannot be contained in one area.

Everything was great. All members of staff are friendly, respectful and thoughtful, very patient and work hard. Couldn't ask for more.
