Mum spoke very highly of the support she received. We're very grateful for all the help we received.
I received new, valuable advice about asking my GP for a test to ascertain my pancreatic enzyme levels to ensure my food is being digested. (No-one had suggested this approach to stabilising my weight loss!). The GP spoke with the nutrition staff member at St Jo's and I'm now on a very large enzyme supplement. Thank you! (Even the pharmacist knew very little about "creon" and was keen to have feedback.
I have also been sent samples of food supplements to try. Excellent!
No improvement need.
Staff members 10 out of 10.
I received excellent care today. She explained all the options in details to me and was very sympathetic. She was caring and listened to my concern very carefully. She provided very good care.
They are very kind and look after me very well.
They also help with medication, on how it should administered.
I need a date for respite care desperately - overwhelmed with health deterioration, fast and all other assessment etc.
Clare is extremely friendly and very professional.
She offers great advice.
We were made to feel very welcome and very cared for. The therapist was very friendly and softly spoken and my daughter found it easy to open up and converse with her. I really respected the direct questioning towards my daughter. It was very interesting to see how far we could get in the hour based on answering very considered questions which in turn lead to truthful open answers. It was a very positive experience for both myself and my daughter. The after care and advice has been very quickly initiated and we feel we are in a good place to carry on with our healing. Thank you very much.
