Liked everything.
1. Reception; very friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming. Chris, Tina, Gus and others compliment each other and always work with a smile.
2. Counselling services; administration very professional and responsive. Theodore has been exceptional and by far the most helpful and effective counselling I have ever had.
3. Neurological group; invaluable and a real lifeline. The group is very nurturing and supportive of everybody's well being. Thalia's management of the group is empathetic to everyone's needs and highly skilled and professional. Fenya is powerful and therapeutic in her practice. Paula and Lyn have been very sensitive and adaptable to my needs. Volunteers like Connie have really taken time to understand and happily offer appropriate assistance. Sharon from the nursing team has also been of the same standard.
4. Art therapy; grows from strength to strength as well as being delightful. Its therapeutic value is immeasurable. Thank you Harriet and the team.
Enjoy hand massage and the company. Consider shoulder massage or other body areas.
It was good - provided her with company, hand massage. We don't have the time. She was happy when the girl came. She liked it.
Soothing stimulation of murder from the lower back, upper spine and neck. Areas you can’t do yourself.
Would like the same thing again.
You did all you can. I was on deaths done when I came here.
I don’t think anything could be improved.
I can’t always take information in properly. [When asked about Q4 and Q5 answers – Albert said he could not think of how we could have helped more with Q4 and Q]
My care was first class.
I came in a wheel chair. I can go to the hospital by tube now with rollator on walker. Do not any more.
I am very grateful for the treatment and service I receive.
Sarah and Rachio and everyone are wonderful and very kind.
Thanks a lot.
