All nurses look after you well in contrast hospital. They have time to do everything for you all caring and sympathetically.
Everyone is so friendly.
No nothing to be improved.

Every part of our care from the staff, facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere is just perfect. Everybody's manner is so kind and caring, We have been here lots with Maddy's father and non-Maddy's mother. What an absolutely amazing place. I suppose what we felt is nothing is too much trouble and the staff have normalised a really traumatic, situation, which has in turned reassured Maddy that her mum is being given the best care and as a result given Maddy space to given.

Carers and doctors are very caring, sympathetic always respond back quickly to our calls and messages happy that they visit us at home makes it more convenient for me.
Provide Bengali translator also very helpful makes us feel at ease etc.

Yet to find out about care at hospice beyond Dr's initial home visit.
