For at this point I do not see anything that need improvement hospitality of this place is 100% I have been in this country for 21 years since 1999. I been in two different cities Gloucester and Norfolk I never receive treatment that so marvelous before I have been in and out of hospital all my life since Cs/7 since 2010 I never get any care that is better than this I share with my friend whose looking after my kids at home I said it feels like I am in Hollywood hospice although. I never been in America before, I thank all the nurses I do not want to call them by name because I won't stop naming them they are amazing and I told my self when I get better I will like to give back by applying for volunteer work, thank you so much may the good lord grant this hospital all the desires bing thank you from the patient.
* Staff are kind and approachable.
* Facilities are clean. Whenever possible I have been moved to a quite more amenable room.
* Information sharing could be a bit faster (from the medical team).
Communication and clarity of information was very good.
Kind, caring and attentive staff always willing to help with any requests.
Room regularly cleaned, good food and drinks on request.
Nothing that I can complain about!
Food is excellent. Staff are caring and helpful. Nothing is to much for them.
The care was extremely excellent and I could not have wanted a "better bunch" from a dozen of other units.
All the nurses had a special way about them, all helpful, charming and waking up to a smiling face makes all the difference.
Their passion and compassion are phenomenal.
