Rexanne and Handy the nurses were fantastic. They were absolutely amazing, could not ask for better. My dad was a difficult man but they clicked with him.
Suggested improvements
When dad was in the hospice I was suddenly not allow of treat him in the garden. I had visited the day before but had not been told visiting was changing Is there a way for visitor to go straight to the garden, or could an area of the car park to set aside?
