Joanne was really professional, so considerate and so kind. Mum can be quite difficult. Jo was so kind with her. Mum loved going. She really looked forward to it. She called Jo 'the hand lady'.

Was not there for all sessions, but it has been very good- we are very lucky to have this with lockdown it has been very quiet, not many visitors, so that in itself is nice. Hand massage was new to us. I have done some how and so have carers. Mum said 'that's lovely.' It is lovely thing.
