The volunteer is very gentle and polite, with lots of patience and good listening skills. We are very happy with the service. It has been good because my son and I do not have to sit and listen to him.

It is a shame it is finishing soon.

Axel has said most helpful of anyone involved and was instrumental in finding a medicine that helped pain management. He has helped tremendously. Kinda and Kate all provide excellent care and solutions. Very appreciative of the involvement. Service was exemplary.

Niamh Eve, the nurse allocated to us was very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful with supporting information.
Suggested improvements
The patient was very close to end of life and I and the patient would have significantly behefitted from teh intervention month or so earlier.
