At all times I felt comfortable and safe when talking. The help and understanding of my feelings has been a great help, which I am trying to use everyday.
Suggested improvements
I honestly do not feel anything could be improved on the help I receive. I am very grateful.

Mostly very good but occasionally it takes a little while for someone to attend when called. But I appreciate that at times the staff one very busy.
