The team at St. Joseph's Hospice has provided invaluable support during this challenging period of my life when I was juggling the roles of a caregiver and a first-time mother. They have been instrumental in assisting me with bureaucratic matters and advocating for us with professionals who showed little concern or empathy, making our situation even more difficult. Even after my father's passing, they continued to offer me much-needed emotional support and helped me navigate through the grieving process. Their assistance has been truly transformative

Regarding service improvements, I would suggest that St. Joseph's Hospice provide psychological support to patients like my father much earlier, as he clearly needed it and had been waiting for three months.
