Nurses here all been so nice and {} too {} and have respected our wishes. Food has been good. Names has always been mentioned too which makes it feel more supportive and part of something.

Only negative feedback would be more pre-active and clearer information about visiting when we arrived- had to ask and were surprised by answer so being more upfront/ negotiate would be nicer.
