She was lovely and gentle, not too intense, she definitely got to know my {view} and was able to judge how much she understood and how to { } each session, at the right level for her, she kept to what she could understand, and introduced things, found out what she liked like French nurse. My mum has the TV on a lot but she would get her to turn it off and listen to nurse on the radio instead, or just chat to her! Thank you.
