All the staff were very caring, professional and treated my mum with so much dignity. They listened to our concerns and gave us a lot of info and support about our mum's condition. My mum was kept clean, calm and comfort with pain relief. The staff were attentive, informative and kind and showed my mum a lot of care. I felt safe leaving my mum here. I cannot fault anything :-).
