When I took 2 have from hospital with a terminal diagnosis I felt so alone. But STJH have been perfect and home cared so much. They are available 24/7 and will always come out most she has been brilliant.
Suggested improvements
If there was more finding there would be even more professionals available who could visit even more quickly out of hours.
