Although the treatment was perfect the receptionist was eating at her desk and they were both talking very loud and mobiles were ringing and being answered on reception - this is not very professional.

Thank-you for your feedback. The receptions staff often do not have the ability to leave their environment so do have food and drink with them. We have discussed the use of mobiles and they are aware that we do not agree for staff to use mobiles at work when working with service users; they are sorry this affected your experience
