I think Linda was very nice and do not think it could be better.
I have had great support and help. I have had no bad experience whilst having counselling.
The care for my mum has been wonderful and much needed. The only upsetting thing was at the beginning when we were given the impression that the hospice was a possible option - only to be bitterly disappointed to find that it was actually unlikely because of the huge waiting time to get a bed. This was distressing for mum. Perhaps it should have been made clear at the start how rare the beds were. The patient.
In my and Mr. Fullers opinion all the staff attending Marion have been efficient kind and very understanding in every area and wish to thank staff - (sister Faye and Mr. Brgan Fuller).
Very happy with groups much positive attitude always had Q answered very helpful enjoyed sharing and learning positive ways to deal with things perhaps longer group sessions.
It was quite quick and something.
Personal care given was conventions and was professional. All help was gratefully received.
A personal service that I felt looked after Aimee needs especially the fact she is a teenager and not a young child, it made a big difference.
The one to one in a calm environment, as a teenager it was good to see them open up.
I do not think anything could be improved.
Great information and care given.
St Helena Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
