I am happy. I was able to communicate more easily with confidence, being able to stay happy and being able to allow this to be able to use this again in the future and use this experience to use with other people in the future. I am happy with the service as it is!!

The way information was given was outstanding, easily understood and nothing was deemed trivial!
Information about outside agencies was excellent, and also knowing help is at hand to complete forms etc!
Pamper sessions, medical assistance available was also discussed.
Cannot thank Diana enough for all her knowledge! :)

The care was very helpful, it was not restricted to only talking about the loss and grief. It was insightful about my emotions and personality and how I might approach things differently and accept others things.
Lucy summer scales is a wonderful counselor and I would absolutely recommend her and the service.
For improvements it would have been better if there was a way to extend sessions further when assessed as required as these sessions have been very helpful, and even though we have tried to put things in place to help after I worry how I will cope with my situation still up in the air and not yet resolved.

Linda/Smith was my 'life line' from before my son died to over a year from when he died.
I truly do not know how I would have carried on without her support, professionalism and utmost of care.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
