Everything was exceptional from nurses and carers.
The staff at calchester St Helena Hospice virtual ward were fantastic.
It was good and my care was in good hands.
* Reassured by the medical knowledge (and the fact that Diana Turner, who visited is a qualified specialist nurse).
* Friendly demeanor and all questions answered clearly- even the 'difficult' ones on death.
* Detailed answers.
Staff were very friendly and I felt totally relaxed with them.
Nothing too much trouble at all.
Great service.
Thank you.
I am signing on behalf of my wife.
Husband and carer.
A very good course and sorry not able to complete.
Wonderful atmosphere. Felt free to talk with everyone could talk about things that do not talk about even with family. Everyone so friendly the receptionist Glen, Laura, Ann and all the helpers made it such a welcoming experience. Patients felt like best friends. Hope to see you all again.
The nurses make every effort to make sure you are comfortable also talk all time to give reassurance.
All involved are totally wonderful human beings and make the time very special.
Ability to recognise what was important to me but also able to include the experience of the visiting nurse.
The desire to help and the help, encouragement given with great empathy.
To not feel stupid when asking questions and getting answers in a way that is easy to assimilate and put into practice.
I could not recommend enough the people I spoke to.
Thank you.
I attended the table top Sunday and it was really good. Unfortunately I cancelled due to virus and I was unable to attend 2 sessions, but loved it and would like to come again.
