All the people we came into contact with, were kind and caring. Especially nurse Nicky cooper and all members of the virtual ward, who were amazing!!
All of the staff were excellent. Not only did they care for my mother but they cared about me too. I have to give extra special thanks to Caroline, Jo and Jason who were fantastic.
My husband was dying with PSP. He was unable to move or communicate, but he was treated with the utmost care and kindness. This enabled him to die at home with dignity and love.
Once participant felt comfortable, as they shared their conditions, from there participants were free and able to benefit from the experience of others.
The facilitator was very supportive and ensured each paticipant was included. Had strategy to enable participant with extra needs to be fully included and extra needs were met outside scope of group.
Because my wife was treated and looked after 100%/n
The care was outstanding, we really appreciate the wonderful carers and we really value that she was at home, as did she. Please keep the virtual ward going, it is an astonishing service that allowed me and my family to say goodbye to my Grandma with so much dignity and my Grandma loved the carers as did we.
The carers were exceptional so very kind and loving. Amazing.
