All the staff with whom we had contact on the virtual ward were unfailingly kind, caring, helpful and cheery. It was so lovely to have their professional support to enable him to remain at home until his final breath. We can't praise them highly enough. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble.

Review of Virtual Ward written by a family member

The two hospice nurses who came to administered and start off the syringe driver were extremely helpful and were a very reassuring presence. They were professional and we would not have been so informed and it helped to have an idea of what to expect and to has excellent candy nurses around at such a terrible time.

Suggested improvements
I think the nurses we have I went above and beyond to help us all./nThey answered all at questions so we did not feel as we should/should not be doing things. They were brilliant.

Review of Bereavement
22nd April 2021

Lindy could not have been more supportive, she listened , let me cry and offered me ways of coping with my feelings , I know the door is always open if I need to re refer myself , grief takes so many twists and unexpected turns , I am lucky to have supportive loving family and friends so at moment feel I can cope bit certainly would not hesitate to ask for help again if neededed. Lindy was excellent I looked forward to her calls she could not have been more empathetic and professional. Best Wishes Marian Vinson

Review of Bereavement

This service is excellent. The person I spoke to was so caring and compassionate, and always rung exactly when she said she would. I have found this service so beneficial as I was also given so much good advise on how to manage my thoughts and fears going forward, it really has helped me no end.

Suggested improvements
Nothing ! It really was faultless.
