Review of Bereavement
21st September 2021

Kaye was very kind and friendly throughout all the counselling sessions and I felt very comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings without being judged. I have found that the advice I was given has really helped and I feel better able to cope with and process my feelings now.

Suggested improvements
I would have preferred face-to-face counselling but completely understand why this couldn't be done.

The counsellor was professional at all times and sympathetic too. She was easy to talk to understood what I was going through.

Suggested improvements
The only small negative I have, is that the counsellor never called my husband by his name, it was always “your husband” and that made it feel a bit less personal.

My Daughter passed away due to Covid and the support I’ve received from Lucie has been wonderful. I felt that I could discuss my feelings freely and this was a huge help to me.

Suggested improvements
I don’t think anything could have been done better I’m totally satisfied with the help I’ve received.

Review of Virtual Ward written by a family member
15th September 2021

The staff went beyond their job description in their support and care not only for mum (Mrs. P Young), but for dad (Mr. K Young) too.

Suggested improvements
Recycle medication as well as personal care products this is not the fault of the carers but the system. This would enable the carers to support more people nurses hospice.
