I feel that St. Helen has been such a wonderful support throughout out time with the team. Nothing ever felt like it was too much trouble. I cannot thank the team enough.

Because the support is so very good, at a time when nothing makes sences and the loss of my mum hurts so very mum. Thank you for just being there.

The love and support both myself and my husband received from St. Helena hospice care was outstanding, nothing was too much, they went above and beyond to give my husband the dignity he asked for.

I honestly cannot think of anything the care we received for first class!

All member of staff were so supportive and helped both mum in her last months and dad in looking after mum and dealing with her job.

Your staff were amazing they brightened my dads day with us. They had laughing and joking. It was lovely to see my dad so happy and his faces beaming. Dad was so down in the dumps badly struggled with mum's dementia and then the confirmation that he also had vascular dementia
Suggested improvements
I cannot come up with a single thing that could have been done better, please keep up caring as you do, making patients left few days as brought and cheerful as they can possibly be also showing kindness and compassion to my mother and myself.
